With the earthfaves for Business Kickbacks App, especially small and medium sized businesses can now easily start their own "cash-back" loyalty program. The Kickbacks App helps you to lower your customer acquisition costs significantly, to increase your faver numbers on a daily rate and by doing all that, you also increase positive word-of-mouth. You will see, by giving Kickbacks, more and more customers will say "I love this place".


In detail, the app allows the business customer to:

  • Log in with e-mail and password
  • Set rules for "Customer Kickbacks": depending on the amount of a purchase, you can define different percentage rates for the height of the cash refund you give to your favers.
  • Set rules for "Kickbacks for Successful Recommendations": depending on the amount of a purchase, you can define different percentage rates for the height of the cash reward that you want to transfer to the person whose recommendation the buyer was following ("Faver Kickbacks").
  • Add and delete "kickbackers", the names of your employees that are allowed to give kickbacks to your favers and their friends.
  • Save date, invoice number, invoice total, kickbacker and earthfaves User ID of the purchasing user.
  • Transfer money from your Paypal account to the Paypal accounts of your customer and the "recommender". To do so, the app calculates the amounts for "Customer Kickbacks" and "Faver Kickbacks" based on the rules you defined. It then connects to the earthfaves cloud server to identify the Paypal accounts of the customer and his friend. If both can be verified, the App transfers the money from your Paypal account to the Paypal accounts of the customer and the recommender.
