The more friends they have, on earthfaves, Facebook and Twitter, the more people learn about you as a recommended company. So your goal is to increase faver and faver friend numbers for your business day by day. The more favers you have, the more friends they have, the larger your promoter network.

How far can you make word-of-mouth visible, how do you store it, how do you make it re-findable?
With the embeddable "I love this place"-Button and Guestbook for your business, you can now ask your customers anytime, anywhere for their recommendation. If they click the "I love this place"-Button, we ask them to provide a few words about "Why I love this place" and "What could be improved". The "Why I love it" comment appears in the businesses’ earthfaves guestbook which should be embedded on your website to convince your website visitors with authentic, positive recommendations. The "what could be improved" comment is shown in our business solution after log-in.
Any earthfaves user can now run into the customer recommendation, as a recommendation from a friend, friend-of-friend, expert, following or other user, depending on his/her relationship to the person who gave the recommendation. This means: the more people do recommend you and the more friends they have on earthfaves, the bigger the chance that you will be found if a person is doing a local search for recommended businesses. The recommendation is stored in the system as long as the recommender does not delete it, so it can be found as a local recommendation and have a positive effect on your business over months, if not years.
Any of your new favers might have connected his/her earthfaves account with his/her Facebook or Twitter account. If they did so, their "Why I love this place" posting was automatically posted to Facebook or Twitter and all their Friends might have seen it.

If you log in for "earthfaves for Business", select "Edit Business Data" and insert your company info there.

You can get the "I love this place" button embed code on the earthfave page of your business in one of the boxes in the left column and the guestbook embed code after log-in for earthfaves for business under "Guestbook Embed Code".

We currently do not yet have an automated payment service in place. You might not believe it, but we are still a small start-up. When you sign up for the business service, we will get back to you with payment options. - earthfaves Specials – these can be found by every user on earthfaves either by browsing the "Specials" list or by searching for earthfaves in your neighborhood. They are meant to help you to turn earthfaves users into your customers. You can e.g. publish your normal vouchers or Groupon offers here.
- Faver Specials – these you can send only to your opted-in favers (those who checked the box in their user profile saying "yes, send me Specials from businesses I love"). Remember how important these people are for your business. They tell the whole world, but especially their friends and friends of friends why they "love" your place. So make sure the Faver Specials you give to them are really special.
- Faver Friend Specials – these you can only send to opted-in friends of your favers (those who checked the box in their user profile saying “yes, send me Specials from businesses my friends love"). These are very special people, too – their friends love your services already so it should be easy to turn them into customers - and maybe even favers - themselves. Ideally, you send them a Special they can not turn down.
